Event Rules

Prohibited items include:

• Weapons or objects that appear to be weapons.

• Fireworks or other explosive and flammable objects.

• Outside alcoholic beverages or any illegal substance.

Alcoholic beverages are sold only in designated areas and must be consumed at the event site. To purchase alcoholic beverages patrons must be 21 years and older presenting valid identification.

We encourage biking to the Crystal Frolics. Once you arrive, bikes, skateboards, skates, and hoverboards must be walked through the event site. Riding them through the event is prohibited because it may endanger or inconvenience the public attending the event.

Individuals are welcome to bring their own electric mobility scooter, stroller, wagon, wheelchair and personal conveyance vehicles (PCVs)

No political, corporate or other outside solicitation is allowed within the event site. (Excluding Approved Vendors)

Dogs and other pets are not allowed.

Drones and UAVs are prohibited. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all visitors, the Crystal Frolics prohibits unauthorized operation or use of any unmanned aerial vehicle on or above the event. This includes all UAVs, commonly known as “drones,” regardless of commercial or recreational purpose

Call 911 in an emergency. During the event, call 952-258-5321 for non-emergencies related to police, medical or fire.

The Crystal Frolics reserves the right to decline admittance to anyone who violates the reasonable policies established for public safety or to restrict activities such as public access to designated areas.

Attendees are expected to follow all applicable laws and policies including Crystal City Code.
